Are you struggling to get through your day right now? Life seems pretty tough at the moment and motivation is elusive. You want to have confidence in yourself. You want to heal your past. You are tired of battling anxiety and depression. You are looking for an empathetic person who can sit down next to you and act as a guide while you navigate the barriers and the old coping patterns that hold you back from getting where you want to go. Perhaps your relationships are also challenging you and you don’t have anyone you can truly be yourself with. You really want to change. You want to love and respect yourself and to have healthy relationships. You’ve tried self-help books and podcasts but these don’t seem to get to the heart of the matter.
Confidentiality, connection and allowing people to find their own path are extremely important in my practice. I believe people have the power and ability to find their own answers and I can provide a different perspective and alternative ideas to help. I provide a safe healing space for you to be your most authentic and open self. With my help you will discover what you really want and need to move forward.
Reaching out for support requires the courage to be vulnerable. It’s time to reach beyond your comfort zone and let me really listen and understand what you are going through. You will feel supported and understood. You will never be judged for the thoughts and beliefs that you have.
I offer a free 20-minute telephone interview which allows us to determine if we are the right fit for each other.

Working with Children:
I have also helped anxious, depressed and traumatized children reconnect with their feelings and strengths through art therapy, sand tray therapy, and play therapy. Art, play and movement provide children with a means of communication that bypasses verbal communication. Since children typically avoid talking about what is really at the root of their distress, non verbal, creative therapies can help!
Please note: My playroom will be closed until further notice due to covid 19 restrictions.
